Yes. Whoever controls the router can see the browsing history of every device on the network. That includes the Wi-Fi owner, your employer, or your parents. Anyone with access to the router's admin panel can open the router logs and read what's been happening on the network.
What router logs typically store: the domains each device connected to (like google.com), IP addresses, timestamps for every connection, and a list of connected devices. On most home routers, this logging is on by default, and the person who set up the router can read it at any time. What the logs don't show is the full picture, and that distinction matters, so let's break it down.

So the Wi-Fi owner can see that a device visited youtube.com at 11 PM. They can't see which video played. That's the practical limit of router logs on a modern, HTTPS-everywhere internet.
